Massive problems require massive solutions.
One of humanity's greatest threats, solved by nature.
Turning problems into products.
Look to Nature
Can nature solve one of humanity's greatest problems?
10,000 years of human advancement has moved us progressively from nature to an environment that we control more and more. Our wonderful advancements as a species have introduced existential threats.
Our problems can be solved by nature itself without hurting it further.
Chemistry
Natural Carbonating Minerals
In nature, there are minerals that will react with atmospheric carbon dioxide. As precipitation erodes certain rock formations, it exposes the minerals to the air, permanently sequestering carbon.
Synthesizing Carbonating Minerals
Our process synthesizes the same natural occurring minerals, exposing them to carbon dioxide for permanent sequestration.
Calculations
Any proposed solution to climate change must:
Follow the laws of physics, chemistry, and math
Be fully scalable in every respect, especially resource availability
Anything less is not a solution to the problem. Those looking to do meaningful carbon sequestration must first courageously quantify the problem. Humans produce around 40 gigatonnes of carbon dioxide per year. Any solution that addresses this will sound like pure fantasy. We must first understand the magnitude of this number, and assess whether any proposed solution can realistically and quickly scale up to the problem.
